Call Forwarding & Recovery Communication Support – ₹1,500 per active client/month.
We are looking for a Hindi-speaking executive to handle incoming calls from recovery agents for clients with multiple payday/personal loans. Responsibilities include handling recovery calls professionally, communicating in Hindi, maintaining call records, noting lender/caller details, forwarding important communications to our team, and escalating threats, harassment or legal notices to the legal team.
Experience: Customer support, collections or recovery-call handling preferred.
Work: Remote / Work from home.
Payment: ₹1,500 per active client per month.
