Hindi Customer Service Phone Agent

I’m looking for a Hindi-speaking caller who can become the friendly voice of my brand. The core of the role is straightforward: pick up the phone, help customers with their questions, and leave them feeling valued. All calls will be in Hindi, so I’ll naturally lean toward someone who is comfortable speaking the language throughout the day. If you’re fully fluent, great—if you’re at least conversational and confident you can sound professional, I’m open to hearing from you.

Here’s what I’ll count on you to handle:
• Answer inbound calls during the agreed-upon hours and respond to any missed calls promptly.
• Resolve general customer questions or concerns on the spot whenever possible, then escalate anything outside your scope to me.
• Keep short, accurate call notes in the shared CRM so we always know the status of each customer.
• Provide a concise end-of-day report summarizing the number of calls handled and any issues that need follow-up.

You may use whatever setup is most comfortable—mobile, softphone, or a VoIP platform—as long as the audio is clear for the caller and you have a stable connection.
