Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers seeking vehicle warranty information
Make outbound follow-up calls to provide quotes and close sales
Respond to customer inquiries via email and SMS
Update and manage lead activity within our CRM system
Follow proven scripts and workflows while adding your personal touch
Maintain high professionalism and customer satisfaction
Achieve daily/weekly closing and contact targets
Requirements
Strong closing skills — experience in sales or call center work
Excellent communication over phone, email, and SMS
Ability to manage leads inside a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar)
Fast learner with a positive, upbeat attitude
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and availability during business hours
Must be organized, punctual, and driven to exceed expectations
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with automotive warranties or financial products
Prior experience working remotely
High call-volume or lead follow-up experience
