Healthcare RCM Appointment Setter

I’m looking for a confident caller who can turn warm leads into scheduled demos for our revenue-cycle software. You’ll work from a curated call sheet of small/midsized private practices across the U.S., and your primary contact is the office manager—the person who actually runs the day-to-day billing workflow.

During normal U.S. business hours you’ll move through the list, follow the supplied script, handle objections with the included talking points, and ultimately lock in either a virtual or in-person demo with the decision-maker. If the office manager isn’t available, I’m open to any other approach you believe will keep the conversation alive; suggest the fallback you prefer and we’ll incorporate it into the process. I only need someone for 2 hours a week.

• Lead sheet with direct numbers
• A concise script plus objection-handling cheatsheet
• Product background so you can speak naturally about our RCM platform

Deliverable: confirmed demo appointments entered in our shared calendar, annotated with call notes for context.
