Google Maps Fake Review Removal

My Google Maps business profile has been hit with more than ten fake reviews that are dragging down our rating and eroding customer trust. I need someone who has provable experience appealing and removing illegitimate feedback through Google Business Profile support channels, documentation, and policy citations.
You’ll be responsible for identifying each fake comment, preparing the evidence that demonstrates policy violations, opening and following up on appeals, and confirming each review’s removal in the dashboard. Once the job is complete I expect to see our public star rating recalculated with the offending posts gone and a short summary of the steps you took so I can replicate them in the future if needed.
