German-Speaking Customer Support Agents Needed
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
We are looking for freelancers based in Egypt with strong German language skills to join our remote customer support team for a Germany-based company.
This is an entry-level freelance position, ideal for candidates with solid communication skills who are looking to gain more experience in remote customer service. Full training and onboarding are provided.
Responsibilities include:
Handling inbound calls and emails from customers in German
Assisting with vehicle-related cases such as damage reports and assessments
Guiding customers through standard procedures
Accurately documenting case details using internal systems
Communicating in a clear, structured, and professional manner
Requirements:
Fluency in German (B2 level or higher)
Previous experience in customer service or call handling is preferred
Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop
Comfortable using online tools such as Webex
No technical or automotive background is required.
