Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound sales calls to pre-qualified leads
Follow a clear sales script and handle objections naturally
Build rapport and guide customers toward completing their order
Enter call outcomes and order details into the CRM accurately
Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets
Participate in coaching sessions and quality reviews to improve performance
Requirements
Native or fluent German speaker with clear, professional communication
Previous experience in phone sales or customer service (minimum 6 months)
Confident, persuasive, and motivated to hit targets
Reliable home setup – strong internet, quiet workspace, quality headset
Willingness to learn and follow proven sales scripts and processes
Basic English skills for internal communication
Compensation
Base pay + commission per closed sale
Tiered bonuses for high performers
Weekly or bi-weekly payouts via Payoneer, Wise, or direct transfer
Top agents consistently earn €1,000–€3,000/month+ depending on volume and conversion rates.
