I’m ready to hand off my day-to-day written communication and would like a dependable virtual assistant who can jump straight into customer-facing inboxes in both German and English. Your core focus will be text-only support: answering customer service emails, clearing Instagram and other social media DMs, and keeping my inbox organised so nothing slips through the cracks.
You’ll follow existing response templates where they exist, draft polite replies when they don’t, tag or escalate anything out of scope, and keep simple activity notes so I can track what has been handled. All customer emails you’ll see are support enquiries—no marketing outreach or internal memos—so the tone stays friendly, solution-oriented, and on brand.
I’m online every day and can clarify questions quickly, but I expect you to work independently once you understand the flow. Reliability and tidy organisation matter more to me than speed, and everything must stay strictly text-based; I do not need phone calls made or received.
