I will supply a concise product/service reference sheet so you can answer queries confidently and keep the call experience consistent with our brand voice. Your job is to:
• Answer each call promptly, listen actively, and provide clear, friendly resolutions.
• Note any uncommon questions or issues that need escalation so I can update our resources.
• Deliver a short end-of-day call log highlighting total calls handled, common themes, and any follow-ups needed.
If you are comfortable engaging callers in English, remain calm under pressure, and can start quickly, let’s talk about onboarding and scheduling.
