Full-Time Vessel Assistant with Cooking Skills

Job Title: Full-Time Vessel Assistant / Boat Crew Member / onboard cooking and cleaning

We are looking for a reliable and motivated full-time assistant to work directly with the captain on private boat operations.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the captain with daily boat operations and maintenance
- Help with docking, anchoring, lines, cleaning, and general vessel care
- Assist during boat trips and longer journeys
- Monitor equipment and help keep the vessel organized and ready
- Support basic mechanical, safety, and navigation tasks
- Help with meal preparation, cooking, grocery organization, and basic daily living tasks on board
- Keep the boat clean, organized, and comfortable
- Perform general duties as needed on board

Requirements:

- Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel
- Comfortable living and working around boats and water
- Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Physically capable of handling marine tasks
- Boating experience is an asset, but training can be provided for the right person
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good cooking and organization skills are an advantage
