We are ApplianceRepair.ca, a leading appliance repair service in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), looking for a full-time dispatcher to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments: You will be responsible for managing our technicians' schedules and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Coordinating with technicians: Effective communication and coordination with our technicians to ensure seamless operations will be a crucial part of your role.
- Managing customer inquiries: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle their inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Strong Communication Skills: You must be able to convey information clearly and effectively to both customers and technicians.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: You should be able to think on your feet and resolve issues as they arise.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Our business can be fast-paced, so the ability to maintain composure and efficiency during busy periods is essential.
Preferred Experience:
- Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center is preferred, as it will have provided you with the customer service skills necessary for this role.
