Full-Time Cake Shop Counter Staff -- 2

I run a lively neighborhood cake shop and need a full-time person to own the front counter. Your focus will be greeting customers, taking their cake and pastry orders through our POS, and making sure every guest leaves happy—our back-of-house team covers inventory and cash balancing, so you can dedicate your energy to excellent service.

I’m after someone who already knows food-service rhythm and brings genuine customer-service experience: anticipating questions, keeping the display tidy, and staying calm when the queue builds. Shifts are eight hours, five days a week, with at least one weekend day; start and end times can be discussed.
