Full-Time Boat Journey Assistant
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need a dependable right-hand person who can accompany our executive aboard a private vessel for voyages that often stretch over a few months at a time. Your core duties will revolve around hands-on upkeep—keeping cabins and decks spotless, handling routine cleaning, and pitching in with meal planning, prep, and basic cooking. I’m happy to teach you anything boat-specific, so previous maritime experience isn’t a prerequisite; what matters is a quick mind, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn on the go.
You’ll live onboard during trips, so being physically fit, comfortable outdoors, and adaptable to changing weather and schedules is essential. A valid passport and the freedom to travel internationally are absolute musts. When we’re docked, you might help restock provisions or run errands; underway, you’ll lend a hand wherever it’s needed to keep the journey smooth and enjoyable.
