Friendly Phone Support Assistant
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m looking for a well-spoken virtual assistant who genuinely enjoys talking with people and can keep conversations clear, pleasant, and on-brand. Your main responsibility will be answering incoming calls that cover:
• Customer service questions
• Inventory checks for callers who want to know what’s in stock
• Appointment confirmations and rescheduling
Beyond the phone work, I’ll count on you for light, day-to-day support such as drafting or sending follow-up emails and gathering simple data in shared spreadsheets—nothing complex, just enough to keep information organized and accessible.
Here’s how we’ll work together:
1. You’ll log each call in a shared tracker with the caller’s name, reason for calling, action taken, and any next steps.
2. At the end of each day, you’ll send me a concise recap highlighting urgent items or trends you’re noticing.
3. If a question comes in that you can’t answer, you’ll flag it immediately so I can step in.
4. We’ll review performance weekly to refine scripts, FAQs, and workflow so you’re always equipped with the latest information.
A quiet workspace, solid internet connection, and a friendly phone demeanor are essential. Familiarity with basic customer-service or appointment-scheduling tools is helpful, though I’m happy to show you our current setup.
If you’re proactive, comfortable speaking up, and ready to become the cheerful voice of my small business, I’d love to hear from you.
