Role Description
We receive a steady flow of enquiries for our rental apartments and are looking for a French-speaking virtual assistant to manage first responses, scheduling, and basic follow-up.
Responsibilities
Reply promptly (within a few hours) to incoming enquiries in clear, polite French.
Continue in English if a prospect switches languages, maintaining the same professional tone.
Offer and confirm apartment visit slots via our online booking system (training and link provided).
Record each conversation summary, contact details, and confirmed visit time in a shared tracking sheet.
Flag any strong leads (ready to apply) so our leasing manager can step in directly.
Requirements
Fluent in written French (error-free, polite communication).
Comfortable writing in English when needed.
Organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Reliable internet connection and ability to check/respond several times per day.
Experience in customer service or virtual assistance preferred.
Compensation
$4–6 USD/hour, depending on experience.
Ongoing collaboration with potential to increase hours as message volume grows.
Bonuses possible for exceptional performance or high lead conversions.
