Role Overview
We are expanding our UAE Service Network and looking for skilled freelance Field Technicians to handle on-site product inspections, repairs, and replacements for ENSIEN customers.
The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with home appliances or small electronics and a commitment to delivering reliable and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Attend service complaints and perform on-site troubleshooting or repair of ENSIEN products.
Coordinate with the ENSIEN UAE service team for spare parts, replacements, and updates.
Ensure accurate diagnosis, repair documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Report completed cases and customer feedback regularly.
Requirements
Based anywhere in the UAE.
Prior experience in electronics/appliance repair (air fryers, TVs, or similar products preferred).
Basic tools and transportation for on-site visits.
Good communication and professional presentation.
Ability to work independently and meet response timelines.
