We’re looking for a patient, fluent English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support our UK-based gaming repair and custom controller business.
You’ll be the human face of the brand, handling tickets, live chat, emails, and the occasional phone call while working closely with our internal team.

This role is not intense or call-heavy. Most work involves:

Order updates

Repair status checks

General customer questions

Internal support for our team

Key Responsibilities

Manage support tickets, live chat, and email inquiries

Handle light phone support (usually under 10 calls per day)

Redirect calls or inquiries to the correct internal channels when needed

Provide clear, calm, and friendly updates to customers

Support internal admin and coordination tasks

Maintain a professional tone for a British customer base

Working Hours

5 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Our business runs 8:30am – 7:00pm UK time

Ideal availability:

Morning window: approx. 9:00am – 11:00am

Afternoon window: approx. 1:00pm – 6:00pm

Workload is generally 4–5 hours of focused work, but availability during these windows is important

What We’re Looking For

Fluent English (British-friendly communication & a clean accent preferred)

Experience with customer support (tickets, live chat, email)

Comfortable handling occasional phone calls

Patient, calm, and friendly — especially with gamers

Organised and reliable

Ideally interested in gaming or tech

Flexible availability and able to support a growing team

Bonus if you work within or alongside a support team
