We are seeking a freelance chat support professional to handle customer messages across WhatsApp Business and Instagram DM. The freelancer will be responsible for replying to around 100–150 messages daily, processing orders, answering FAQs, and escalating complex cases to the supervisor.
Key requirements include:
- Responding within 5 minutes during working hours.
- Using Google Sheets for daily activity reports.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple chats efficiently.
- Providing a short daily summary of activities.
Ideal candidates should have prior experience in chat handling or customer support.
