Fish Ecommerce Support Agent
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I run four online stores that specialize in fish and aquarium supplies and I need an experienced customer-service hand to keep our inboxes and Facebook messages under control. Your day will revolve around answering e-mails that come through the stores’ contact forms and responding to comments or private messages on our Facebook pages. Every reply must be written in clear, native-level English and maintain a consistently professional tone, even when customers are upset or simply fishing for advice.
The workload is steady but not overwhelming: most days bring a handful of order-status questions, a few product enquiries and the occasional “Is this fish compatible with…?” scenario on social media. I will supply templates, access to our order-management dashboard and a concise FAQ to help you solve issues quickly; when something falls outside that scope you can flag it for me. All correspondence should be logged so we keep a clean record of what was said and when.
Deliverables I expect:
• Inbox at—or very close to—zero by the end of each working day
• Facebook comments and DMs acknowledged within a maximum of 4 hours during your shift
• Polite, accurate answers that reflect our brand voice and policies
If you already know your way around standard help-desk tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar) that’s a plus, though not mandatory. Reliability counts for more than speed; I’m looking for someone who won’t disappear when things get busy.
Let me know your relevant experience, the time zone you’ll be working from, and how soon you could start.
