Find Perfect Calm Indoor Dog

Hi! I’m looking for a highly organized assistant (3–5 hours per week) to help research adoptable dogs and communicate with local rescues/fosters.
Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring Petfinder and rescue sites daily
• Filtering dogs based on specific criteria I provide
• Tracking all leads in a spreadsheet
• Sending initial inquiry messages
• Following up after 48 hours if no response
• Closing out leads after 5 days if unresponsive
• Providing a short weekly summary of activity
Must be detail-oriented, persistent, and comfortable making phone calls when needed. Most work is remote. Flexible hours. Paid position.
