Field Sales Representative Sought

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:

Proven work experience in sales or a related field

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office is a plus

High school diploma required; a degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
