Job Title: MM Paving and Services is looking for a dynamic sales representative to create awareness of the company services: Asphalt driveway paving: Resurfacing, Remove and Relay Asphalt, Full excavation and pave.

Schedule is flexible friendly environment full time, part time
Primary Tasks:
Door to door sales in the Durham region specially in Pickering, Ajax and Whitby, Oshawa.
Offer services to homeowners during times that homeowners are typically at home (after 5pm and weekends), offer quotes at no charge, take measurements and either provide a quote or refer to a manager for a quote, close the sale, build customer relationship, available for customer questions, follow up and schedule work.
Outcomes: You will expect to do:
1. Engage customers face to face
2. Increase sale in 6 months by 20%.
3. Work with manager to identify key elements in building customers relationships to ensure company’s grow
4. Follow product and service training
Skills Needed:
Customer service oriented, Confident, Positive, Active Listening, Goal oriented to meet sales targets, Great negotiating and Closing skills, Effective Communication, Flexibility, Time management, Integrity, Growth mindset.
Experience selling asphalt driveway services and interlock services is an asset, but it is not a must.
Own reliable transportation is required.
