Female Telesales Rep – New Delhi
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for a motivated female telesales/sales professional in New Delhi who can take charge of outbound phone campaigns/ cold calls for our physical product line—USB dongles used by businesses, chartered accountants and other professional users. Your day will revolve around contacting warm and cold leads, presenting the dongle’s benefits, answering technical or pricing questions and guiding interested prospects through to order confirmation. All conversations happen by phone, and sometimes in person supported basic Excel tracking.
Because we deal with a tangible item rather than a subscription or online course, success is measured in units sold and repeat orders generated. I will supply a lead sheet each morning; by close of play I expect updated call notes, status changes (interested, follow-up, converted) and any feedback that could improve our pitch.
Deliverables
• Daily call log updated by the callers
• Updated lead sheet with conversion status everyday
• Weekly summary of objections heard and wins achieved and in person meetings
