Your voice will be the first impression of the brand for residential, commercial, and even government prospects alike, so confidence and clear communication in Hindi and basic English are essential.
Here’s what the job looks like from day one:
• Cold-call new prospects drawn from our database and your own research
• Follow up diligently with every lead until a clear yes or no is reached
• Answer technical and pricing queries so the customer feels fully informed
Daily call logs and a concise end-of-day summary will serve as the acceptance criteria for each milestone. If you already have experience pitching security or IT products over the phone, you’ll feel right at home and can start converting almost immediately.
