Female Telecaller – Travel Sales

I run Memory Miles Adventures, and I need a confident female voice to take charge of outbound phone sales. Your day will revolve around cold-calling potential travellers, introducing our curated holiday packages, and convincing them to take the next step toward booking.

What you’ll actually do
• Source or receive calling lists, dial prospects, and open the conversation with an engaging, friendly tone.
• Explain each travel package in clear, enticing language—destinations, inclusions, price points, and key differentiators.
• Handle common objections, nurture interest, and pass warm prospects to our reservation team once they’re ready to book.
• Keep concise notes in the CRM after every call so we can track leads and refine campaigns.

Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum agreed-upon number of cold calls completed daily.
2. Accurate, same-day CRM updates for every prospect.
3. Prospects receive all requested package details before hand-off.
4. Weekly summary report of call outcomes, objections heard, and opportunities spotted.
