Female Sales Caller & Order Updates
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I run an online store that specialises in 925 silver jewellery, and I’m looking for a female caller who can keep our existing customers delighted. Your core task will be sales-oriented follow-up calls: checking how their recent purchase is going, offering shipment or stock updates, and gently introducing complementary items that might interest them.
Beyond the phone work, I’ll also need you to log each interaction in our back-end and update the order status on the website so that the information customers see matches the conversation they just had with you.
Deliverables
• Daily call list worked through and notes entered in the CRM
• Order status and tracking details updated on the site before day’s end
• Short weekly summary of customer feedback and any hot leads for upselling
