Female Brazilian Bilingual CSR

We are looking for a female Brazilian Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Portuguese and English, has experience in outbound calls or sales, and can communicate professionally and confidently with customers.
Requirements:
Female, based in Brazil
Minimum 2 years of CSR experience
Strong background in sales or outbound calls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Available to work flexible hours (Philippine or Brazil time overlap preferred)
Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls and follow up with clients
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
Meet or exceed performance goals
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates
