Female Bilingual Order Confirmation Caller
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I will provide you with a daily spreadsheet of customers who have just placed online orders for glass products. Your job is to pick up the phone, speak to each customer in either Hindi or English—whichever they prefer—and walk through three quick checkpoints:
1. Verify the exact items and quantities they selected.
2. Confirm their full delivery address.
3. Reassure them about the payment method they chose or collect any missing payment detail.
Once each call is complete, tag the record in the sheet (Confirmed / On-Hold / Wrong Number) so our dispatch team can act immediately. A short comment field for any special notes will help us spot issues fast.
I will track success by the accuracy of the tags and the percentage of orders you confirm on the first attempt, so clean, concise updates matter just as much as a friendly voice. Expect roughly 40–60 calls per day; I’ll share the list and a simple call script every morning via Google Sheets, and I need the tagged file returned before end of business. A soft-sell, courteous approach is crucial because these are paid customers waiting on fragile glass items.
If you’re comfortable handling Hindi-and-English conversations and can keep neat records, this should be a smooth, repeatable routine we can run together every day.
