Looking for a detail-oriented and personal individual to manage online conversations and engagement for a fast-growing digital content brand. This role involves building relationships with customers, maintaining consistent communication, and helping increase overall user satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound messages in a timely and engaging manner
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Answer inquiries and provide personalized responses
- Promote content, sales links, and special offers to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the team to improve messaging strategies
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Confortable working in a fast paced, online environment
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Access to reliable internet connection and a device to work from
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility for more
