Looking for a customer support agent to answer Facebook messages, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram DMS for our new Shopify store. This is a full-time role. We have lots of messages and people either chasing up orders or wanting to order, and you just need to help them. Should have main three year experience working within customer service, ideally on another e-com store.
