Facebook Engagement & Data Entry Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I manage several Facebook pages and groups and need an extra pair of hands to keep the engagement flowing while I focus on new content. Your day-to-day will be split between two main zones:
• Data entry: update our simple spreadsheets (Google Sheets) with post links, scheduled dates, and interaction metrics.
• Facebook interaction: like new posts and relevant comments as they appear, then respond to incoming comments and private messages using our friendly brand voice.
I’ll give you clear guidelines, sample replies, and access to our social inbox. All activity happens only on Facebook—no Twitter, Instagram, or other platforms for now.
Deliverables I want to see at the end of each shift:
• A log of posts and comments you liked (URL + timestamp).
• Screenshots or text copies of replies you sent.
• Updated spreadsheet with the day’s metrics.
Consistency and a warm tone are more important than raw speed; if you’ve handled community management or basic data entry before, you’ll feel right at home. Let’s start with a one-week trial and extend from there if everything runs smoothly.
