Facebook Chat Support & Admin
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need someone who can jump straight into our Facebook inbox and keep the conversation flowing. Your main focus will be real-time live chat support on our Facebook page—answering product questions, tracking down order details, and turning curious visitors into happy customers. A friendly, professional tone and quick response times are non-negotiable because social media rarely waits.
Beyond chat, I also have a handful of light online admin duties that crop up each day: updating internal records, flagging tricky cases for me to review, and making sure any follow-up tasks never fall through the cracks. If you’re comfortable moving between Facebook Business Suite (or a similar tool) and basic spreadsheets or help-desk software, you’ll feel right at home.
Deliverables:
• Consistently respond to all new Facebook messages within the agreed time window
• Keep an organized log of customer interactions and any action items that arise
• Provide a concise end-of-day summary highlighting issues resolved, trends noticed, and items needing my attention
Experience with other platforms such as Instagram or Twitter is welcome, but for now Facebook is the priority. If you’re ready to take ownership of the chat queue and keep our online house in order, let’s get started.
