* Resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
* Escalate complex cases when needed.
* Assist with Responsible Gaming, including limits and self-exclusion requests.
Requirements:
* Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
* Experience with CRM systems, live chat software, and cryptocurrency payments.
* Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Calm, empathetic, and able to handle high-volume support.
Preferred:
* Previous iGaming experience.
* Knowledge of KYC, compliance, and regulated environments.
* Leadership or supervisory experience.
