Experienced Live Chat & FB Groups Expert

We're in need of an experienced, computer savvy live chat expert with excellent English comprehension and written skills, who is experienced in managing Facebook groups and Messenger.

Additional skills required:

•⁠ ⁠Intermediate+ proficiency in Google Sheets
•⁠ ⁠Able to work within the hours of 8am to 9pm NZT
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Wix is a plus

Hours: 2-3 hours, 7 days a week.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: You should have 1-3 years of live-chat experience
- Level 4+ in English comprehension and written word (you will be tested)
- Familiarity with Google Sheets
- FB Group Management
- FB Messenger experience
- Friendly, chatty written voice and fluent English
- Reliability and perfect health

- Bonus - Wix or similar CRM system experience
