Your background in OFM chatting and sales, knack for steering conversations to a close, and unwavering attention to detail are exactly what keeps our creators’ audiences engaged and spending.
Here’s how the job runs day to day:
- You’ll log into our proven sales chat system, pick up live threads, and follow the prompts that guide tone, timing, and upsell points. Because you already thrive in sales chat environments, adapting to our workflow should feel natural. All chats are in English, so crisp, mistake-free writing is essential.
Compensation is performance-driven.
Top performers earn up to 10 % commission on net sales. If you prefer a steadier approach, you can opt for a base of $2.50–$5.00 per hour plus 1-3 % commission.
Shifts are 10-hours with a paid break, and you choose a 5 or 6-day schedule to fit your life.
Reliability matters most: show up when scheduled, keep response times tight, and log accurate notes so the next team member can pick up seamlessly.
