Entertainment Platform Virtual Assistants
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I manage a fast-growing online entertainment platform and need a team of reliable virtual assistants who can keep our daily operations running smoothly as our audience scales. Your core focus will be user-facing tasks: answering tickets and live-chat questions, keeping an eye on community content so it stays friendly and compliant, and helping schedule or polish social posts when the marketing calendar fills up. Expect a mix of routine coverage and ad-hoc requests that call for quick thinking and a personable tone.
You will log in to our help-desk (we currently use Zendesk, though experience with Intercom or Freshdesk transfers easily), review and resolve incoming queries, flag anything technical for escalation, and note recurring issues for our knowledge-base. On the moderation side you’ll scan user submissions, apply our internal guidelines, and document actions in a short daily report. For social support, you may draft captions, queue content in Hootsuite/Buffer, or pull basic engagement metrics for the weekly recap.
Fluent written English, solid time-management, and an eye for detail are essential. Familiarity with common SaaS customer-service or social-management tools will shorten your ramp-up, but if you learn quickly and communicate clearly, I’m happy to train. Availability should cover at least two blocks of 4 hours between Monday and Sunday so we can stagger coverage across time zones.
Deliverables I’ll look for:
• Same-day responses to all assigned tickets and chat threads
• A concise moderation log at end of shift (flagged items, actions taken)
• Weekly summary with user trends or content issues worth discussing
If you’re organized, friendly, and tech-savvy, I’d love to see how you can help us keep fans happy while the platform keeps growing.
