I run an energy-solutions company and need experienced consultative sellers who can bring in a minimum of ten new homeowners every month. Your job is to contact warm or self-sourced homeowner leads, guide each prospect through our quotation process over the phone, share my unique referral link, and secure their agreement to join our programme.

For every homeowner you sign I pay £20. If, during the same call or follow-up, you also persuade that homeowner to become a referral partner, I add another £10—so a single full-conversion is worth £30 to you.
