Email outreach specialist
Budget: $3 – $4 USD
Must live in Jamaica and be able to do a short phone interview through Freelancer voice.
I am the owner of a mortgage company in California. I’m looking for an Email Outreach Specialist to collaborate on a freelance basis. MUST LIVE IN JAMAICA. This is a Full Time Job for 40+ hours a week with flexible hours. The pay is 500 JMD per hour. Your role would involve crafting personalized emails to realtors for mortgage referrals.
I already have close to 300,000 emails, so you do not have to find them. You will need to simply do a short amount of research for each realtor and send them a personalized email from a company provided email account or CRM. You will have a daily quota which will be approximately 150-250 per day. Please note that I also use Slack and Time Doctor.
As a Mortgage Broker, we need your expertise to personalize outreach efforts and build relationships within the real estate industry. This freelance position requires meticulous research, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality leads.
