I need a friendly, detail-oriented virtual assistant to become the voice of my e-commerce store. Your sole focus will be handling inbound phone inquiries: answering customers who call to check the status of their orders, locating the correct information in our back-end dashboard, and delivering clear, reassuring updates. No outbound sales, no returns processing—just prompt, knowledgeable phone support that keeps shoppers happy.

You’ll log in to our cloud phone system (headset and a quiet workspace required), pull up each caller’s order in the store admin panel, verify details, and note every interaction in a shared spreadsheet before you hang up. If an issue needs escalation, you’ll tag me immediately so I can step in.

Deliverables I expect:
• Live coverage during the agreed shift, with all calls answered or returned within two rings
• Complete, accurate call notes updated in real time
• Same-day escalation of any problem you cannot resolve
