EUROPEAN CHATTING AGENTS
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We're currently looking to hire experienced chatting agents with strong engagement and closing skills. If you know how to turn conversation into conversions, we want to see you in action!
COMPENSATION:
(We now offer flexible payment structures based on performance!)
- Lower base + higher commission - starts at $2.50/hr up to $5.00/hr + 1-5% commission
- Pure high commission (no base) - up to 15% commission
Paid biweekly (NO DELAYS!)
SCHEDULE:
10-hr shifts with 1-h paid break included
FLEXIBLE: choose 5 or 6 working days per week
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong internet connection
PC or Laptop with strong enough specs to handle CRM + Tracker tools
Internet connection & energy backup
B2-C1+ English proficiency
Prior OFM experience
