EST Social Media DM Appointment Setter

I’m expanding my sales pipeline for a coaching offer that helps men quit lust and p**n, and I need a sharp appointment setter who thrives during EST business hours. Your day will revolve around initiating and nurturing conversations in DMs across major social-media platforms, qualifying prospects, and locking in calls for our closer.
What makes this role lucrative is the structure: you earn 3 % on every $3,000 package sold, plus a base pay once agreed-upon KPIs are hit—so the harder you work, the more you make.
Here’s what I’m counting on you to bring:
• Proven sales experience – you already know how to guide a conversation toward a clear outcome.
• Mastery of “DMs” style outreach: quick, clear, and conversational messaging that builds trust fast.
• Familiarity with the usual social-media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and a willingness to learn any extra CRM tools we introduce.
• Hunger, reliability, and stamina to work live during EST hours without constant supervision.
Core deliverables
• Hit the daily target of qualified calls booked.
• Keep lead notes updated inside our simple CRM or tracking sheet so our closer can step in seamlessly.
• Maintain response times under 5 minutes while you’re on shift.
Acceptance criteria
• First week: minimum of 2 qualified calls per day.
• By week four: consistent 5+ qualified calls daily and 80 % show-up rate.
• KPIs met = base pay unlocked; commissions paid weekly.
