Dedicated Inbound Sales Closer – US Calling Capability & Immediate Response Required

Looking for a dedicated, high-energy Inbound Sales Closer to handle incoming leads with maximum speed and efficiency.
We are a fast-growing business generating high-quality leads daily. Your main responsibility is simple but critical: Speed to Lead. When a lead comes in, you must call them within 3–5 minutes. No exceptions.
Important Tech Requirement: We do NOT provide a built-in dialer or phone system. You MUST have your own software/tools (e.g., Skype, RingCentral, OpenPhone, or similar VoIP) that allows you to make direct calls to US phone numbers showing a US local caller ID.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming leads in real-time during your shift.
Call new US leads immediately (within 5 minutes of submission) using your own US calling software.
Follow up with existing leads who didn't close on the first call.
Update our lead sheet/CRM with accurate notes.
Requirements:
US Calling Setup: Must have a reliable VoIP system to call the US with a clean connection.
Flawless English: Near-native or native English speaking and writing skills with a clear, professional accent (Candidates from the Philippines or South Africa are highly preferred).
Sales Closing Experience: Proven track record in inbound/outbound sales, closing premium products/services.
Reliability: A quiet workspace, a stable, high-speed internet connection, a professional headset, and 100% focus during your shift.
