I need a reliable person to take over the day-to-day task of replying to incoming WhatsApp messages for my online operation. All conversations are text-based; no calls, selling, or cold outreach involved—just friendly, accurate, and timely responses following the simple guidelines I will provide.
You’ll receive a short onboarding with sample replies and FAQs so you can start handling real chats right away. The work is fully remote and I expect responses to be sent within a few minutes during the agreed-upon hours. A daily report of resolved questions and any issues that need my attention will complete each shift.
Deliverables
• Promptly reply to every incoming WhatsApp chat during your shift
• Keep conversation logs clear and organized in the shared sheet
• Flag and summarize any messages that require escalation at the end of the day
