I’m looking for someone who can jump in every single day, keep responses lightning-fast and polite, guide customers through checkout, and follow up when a cart is abandoned.
High chat volume is the norm here, so quick typing and confident use of WhatsApp Business features—templates, labels, archived chats—are non-negotiable. Whenever you wrap up a conversation, you’ll note the essentials in whichever sheet is open; we use both Excel and Google Sheets to track orders, leads and unresolved issues.
Deliverables
• Daily coverage of all incoming WhatsApp chats during the agreed hours
• Accurate logs of each interaction in the shared spreadsheets
• A brief weekly summary highlighting recurring questions or issues
