Customer services role
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We’re a small startup operating a CPL (cost-per-lead) marketplace for insurance companies, and we’re looking for sharp, confident callers. This is a real role with guaranteed hourly pay, not commission-only. Strong performers can earn commissions on top of base pay after a short ramp-up.
Pay
$25/hour base pay (mandatory, paid from day one)
Performance-based commissions added over time
Paid as an independent contractor (1099 / self-employed)
Location
Must be based in the United States or Canada
Schedule
Core hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (Tuesday-Saturday)
Some flexibility, but must commit to ~6 hours/day consistently
What You’ll Do
Call and qualify warm insurance leads
Ask structured questions to confirm eligibility and intent
Who We’re Looking For
Strong spoken English and clear phone presence
Confident, calm, and articulate under pressure
Phone-based customer support or sales experience is a PLUS
