Finding negative reviews of my website / service and adding info to help people find the assistance they need and correct public perception. It’s a cannabis seed business and a hand-coded website. I want to go over all the details, but in a nutshell I will be looking for:
- search to find negative review and document the finding.
- Determine if they are an actual customer or not. Reply to key comments and provide guidance to answers, remain calm and professional.
- document the interaction. Include time stamps and all details.
- submit the package for consideration and payment.
- I may elect to continue the interaction after we confirm identity, with offers to help out with serious issues, which we will detail case by case.
