Customer service representative

We are seeking a customer service representative who will provide information on our product/services, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

You will be tasked to:

Process orders and transactions

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

providing proactive customer outreach

Providing introductory information to new customers

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
