Customer Support for SEO application
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I am looking for a customer support specialist who can provide advanced support for our SEO application, including our Link Building Tool, Keywords monitoring, Landing pages optimization and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing assistance and training to customers.
Key requirements:
- Native English
- Support experience in SEO applications
- Knowledge of link building strategies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
This is a part-time position with less than 10 hours of support required per week. The candidate must be available to respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance few times a day, and usually each time should be for few minutes.
