Our company (prdistribution dotcom) is a US based company in the PR & marketing space. We have been around for 6 years now. We are hiring because we had to let go our current team due to a situation with the senior level managing, who also did the hiring for our previous team, stealing our customers and theft of intellectual property.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Live chat, ticket, email and phone support
* Generating reports and deliverables to customers
* Sales through live chat, tickets and phone
* Available Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm (America\Los_Angeles timezone)
