Customer Support Representative needed

We are seeking a customer support professional to assist with handling customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer calls.
* Respond to customer questions through email and chat.
* Provide accurate information and resolve routine support requests.
* Document customer interactions using our support tools.
* Escalate issues when additional assistance is required.
Qualifications:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
